1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first at theinnerspring@yahoo.com.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Health/personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
